- Play Credits are fictional, non-monetary scorekeeping counters provided under a limited, revocable, personal licence for recreational use on this website only.
- Play Credits possess zero monetary, commercial, or equitable value and do not constitute property, electronic money, or a stored-value instrument under Canadian law.
- You may not sell, barter, assign, or transfer Play Credits or curator folios to any other person.
§4 · User Accounts, Security & Binding Account Breaks
You are responsible for safeguarding your passphrase. Each adult visitor may maintain one (1) active curator folio. If you activate an Account Break (`24h`, `7d`, `30d`, or `6m`) via our Player Care page, you agree not to circumvent that cooling-off period by registering a secondary folio.
§5 · Acceptable Use & Technical Restrictions
Visitors agree not to deploy automated scrapers, bots, frame-injection scripts, or denial-of-service utilities against onetimerspins.com, its JSON registries, or its embedded HTML5 specimen containers.

Interactive HTML5 practice containers remain the intellectual property of their respective software studios and are displayed exclusively in authorised demonstration mode.
§7 · Limitation of Liability & Governing Law (Ontario)

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario statutory consumer law, OneTimer Spins Archival Studio Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this complimentary website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
